At Harpi Nails, we have policies to ensure a pleasant experience for both our clients and team:

 

1.Respectful Environment – We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who is rude or has a negative attitude.
2.Health Information – Please inform us of any health issues, skin allergies, product allergies,including diabetes, before your service.
3.Personal Belongings – We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, including gift cards. You are responsible for your belongings during your visit.
4.No Refunds – We do not offer refunds on services, but we will address any concerns with your experience.
5.Service Pricing – Prices are available on our menu and may vary based on nail length, designs, and time required. Confirm prices with your nail technician before service.
6.Property Responsibility – You are responsible for any damage to salon products during your visit. If you bring children, please ensure they are supervised.
7.Appointment Cancellations – Kindly provide advance notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
8.Late Arrivals – If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a walk-in.
9.Service Clarity – If you’re unsure about any service, please ask our salon manager for assistance.
10.Concerns with Service – If you are unsatisfied with any service, please speak with the manager immediately so we can work to resolve the issue.
11.Ingrown Toenails – Ingrown toenail cuts are done only upon request. We are not liable for any issues that may arise.
12. If you don’t like a design or polish color, please let us know immediately so we can make changes. Once your hands are placed in the lamp and the products are fully cured, there will be a charge for the design and its removal.
